Contributor terms

Last updated: 2026-10-19

These terms apply when you send us an assessment report ("report") through quantpulse.app. They form an agreement between you and Serhii Oryshych, a private individual based in Poland ("we", "us"). Contact: serhii.oryshych@gmail.com.

By ticking the box on the report form you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.

1. What to send — and what not to send

Do send: your own experience, in your own words — for example the format of the process, the number and order of rounds, the type and topic of questions, and what the interviewers focused on.

Do not send:

  • word-for-word (verbatim) questions, tasks, test cases or code from an interview or online assessment;
  • screenshots, photos, recordings, files or any confidential document;
  • anything you agreed to keep confidential (for example under a non-disclosure agreement or the rules of a test platform);
  • names or contact details of interviewers, recruiters or other people;
  • anything false, or anything you did not experience yourself.

If you are not sure whether you may share something, do not share it.

2. Your promises

When you send a report, you promise that:

  1. it describes your own assessment experience, in your own words;
  2. you are allowed to share it — sharing it does not break a contract, a confidentiality promise, or anyone's rights;
  3. it contains no verbatim test content and no confidential documents;
  4. it is true to the best of your knowledge;
  5. you are at least 18 years old.

3. What we do with your report

  • We review every report. We may accept, edit or reject it, without giving reasons.
  • We rewrite accepted reports in our own words, combine them with other reports, and remove anything that could identify you or another person.
  • We may publish the rewritten content, mark it as "candidate-reported", and use it in QuantPulse (free and paid).
  • We never publish your raw report and we never publish your name or e-mail.
  • We delete the raw report after we rewrite it, and in any case after 12 months (see the Privacy notice).

4. Licence you give us

You keep any rights you have in your report. To let us do what section 3 describes, you give us a free, non-exclusive, worldwide, transferable and sublicensable licence, without time limit, to use your report in these fields of use:

  1. storing and copying it in any digital form;
  2. editing, translating, shortening, combining it with other material and making new, rewritten works based on it;
  3. publishing and making the rewritten works available to the public online, including in paid products, so that people can access them at a place and time of their choice;
  4. using it to create, check and improve our practice material.

You agree that we may publish the rewritten content without naming you.

5. Reward: product credit

  • For each report we accept, you get 1 month of QuantPulse free at launch, sent to the e-mail you gave.
  • The reward is product credit only. It has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred or sold.
  • Up to 3 accepted reports per person; we decide which reports are accepted; credit is applied when the product launches. We may also refuse a reward for reports that break these terms, are copied, or are part of a pattern of fake submissions.
  • If QuantPulse does not launch, the credit lapses. Because it has no cash value, nothing is paid instead.
  • You are responsible for any tax that may apply to you.
  • The reward is for your time describing your experience. We never pay or reward for confidential material.

6. If something goes wrong (responsibility)

  • If a report breaks your promises in section 2, we will remove it and any content based on it, and we may cancel the reward.
  • If you knowingly or with gross negligence break your promises in section 2, and because of that a third party makes a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs and losses caused by that breach (for example reasonable legal costs), and to help us handle the claim.
  • This duty does not apply to anything caused by our own edits or our own fault, and it does not apply to honest mistakes.
  • If you are a consumer, this section applies only as far as mandatory consumer law allows, and it never removes your statutory rights.

7. Corrections and takedowns — within 72 hours

Anyone — a contributor, a company, or any other person — can ask us to correct or remove content at serhii.oryshych@gmail.com. Please say what content, where it is, and why.

  • We reply within 72 hours.
  • If the request is plausible, we remove or hide the content first and look at the details afterwards.
  • We keep a record of each request and what we did.
  • As a contributor you can ask us at any time to stop using your report in future rewritten content. Content already published from many reports may stay, because it no longer comes from you alone; tell us if you think a specific item still points to you and we will look at it again.

8. Ending and changes

We can stop accepting reports at any time. If we change these terms, the new version applies only to reports sent after the change.

9. Law

Polish law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of your country of residence, and you may go to the courts of that country.
