Terms
Last updated: 2026-10-19
These terms apply to the pre-launch website quantpulse.app ("the site"). They are short because the site does very little yet. Please read them.
1. Who we are
QuantPulse is run by Serhii Oryshych, a private individual based in Poland ("we", "us"). Contact: serhii.oryshych@gmail.com. Postal address: ul. Filtrowa 79/30, 02-032 Warsaw, Poland.
2. The product is not open yet
- QuantPulse is not available for sale. We do not take payments, card details or deposits.
- Features and content described on the site are planned. They may change, launch later, or not launch at all.
- Sample content and demos on the site are examples. Any assessment content is described as candidate-reported; it is not official material from any company.
3. Waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free. It does not create an obligation for you or for us. We open in waves and may decide who gets early access first (for example, people with an assessment coming up). You can leave at any time with the unsubscribe link or by writing to serhii.oryshych@gmail.com.
4. "Reserve" a price
- Clicking Reserve and leaving your e-mail only holds the price shown to you for the paid plan you chose. The price hold applies to paid plans only; the Free plan has nothing to reserve. You are not charged and you do not commit to buy.
- Prices are in US dollars (USD) or euros (EUR), depending on the price variant shown to you. These are planned launch prices. For EU consumers the final price will include VAT and will be shown before any payment.
- We hold the reserved price for your first purchase of that plan for 3 months after launch. If our launch price for that plan is lower, you get the lower price.
- Different visitors may see different prices while we test pricing. Your reserved price is the one shown to you.
- If you later decide to buy, you will see full terms, the final price including any taxes, and — if you are a consumer in the EU — information on your 14-day right of withdrawal before you pay. Nothing on this pre-launch site removes those rights.
- If we do not launch the plan, the reservation simply ends. Because you paid nothing, there is nothing to refund.
5. Demos and tools
Demos, calculators and quizzes on the site use sample or planned data. They are given "as is" for your own information and practice. They are not professional advice and you may not resell or republish them.
6. Assessment reports
If you send an assessment report, the Contributor terms (quantpulse.app/contributor-terms) also apply.
7. Fair use of the site
Please do not: break or overload the site; submit spam, false or automated sign-ups; submit other people's personal data; or submit content you are not allowed to share (for example confidential test material or documents covered by a non-disclosure agreement).
8. Names of companies
Company names on the site are used only to describe what candidates report or which roles our practice material is about. They are trademarks of their owners. QuantPulse is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any company named on the site.
9. Our content
The site, its texts, practice tasks and design belong to Serhii Oryshych or are used with permission, except where stated (for example open-source licences in sample repos).
10. Liability
The site is free and pre-launch. We do our best to keep information accurate but do not promise that it is complete, current, or that any assessment process will follow it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for damage caused intentionally, and — for consumers — any rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
11. Consumers
If you are a consumer, you keep all rights given to you by the mandatory law of the country where you live. These terms do not take those rights away. Clauses that would be unfair to consumers under that law do not apply to you.
12. Law and courts
Polish law applies. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory law of your country of residence, and you may go to the courts of your country of residence. Consumers in the EU can also use out-of-court dispute resolution bodies in their country.
13. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the new date will be shown above. Changes do not apply backwards to a price you have already reserved. Questions: serhii.oryshych@gmail.com.
